Job Title: Patient Engagement Center Advocate
Pay: $ 17.00/HR; No Negotiation
Position is Fully Remote Paid Remote Training
Hours: Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm (Central Standard Time)
Training Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Central Standard Time) 6 weeks starting on day 1. No missed days allowed during training.

SUMMARY
EyeCare Partners Patient Engagement Center is looking for a Patient Engagement Center Advocate to join our growing contact center team. An ideal candidate for this role is someone with strong communication and computer skills who can create a positive first impression by showing patients that we provide unsurpassed care right from the start.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to incoming phone calls for all sites promptly and in an exceptional quality manner. Up to 100 calls daily!!
- Appropriately schedule patient appointments in our E360 Proprietary System based on physician preferences.
- Clearly and concisely document patient request and pertinent information via EMR so that we can successfully respond to patient needs.
- Through appropriate call control ensure that calls are handled efficiently to attain daily call production goals.
- Coordinates work efforts with other team members to achieve an efficient workflow within the office.
- Maintain strong knowledge of all site protocols and physician schedules/changes to ensure appropriate information is provided to patients.
- Perform other office duties as assigned by manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Be helpful and courteous and display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a wellorganized teamplayer with great attention to detail.
- Motivated and dependable with a patient friendly personality.
- Demonstrates superior computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and work multiple computer programs at once
- Must be available to train for 6 weeks after scheduled start date with no time off no late arrivals & no leaving early.
- Be able to work in high stressful high paced environments.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 13 years related experience in a call center or as a receptionist. Healthcare experience preferred.
- Prior experience with E360 NextGen Waystar Epic software or other EMR is preferred
- Minimum of HS Diploma.
LICENSES AND CREDENTIALS
- Minimum Required: None
SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook
