Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Proficient using Solidworks 3D Modelling & AutoCAD (MUST) in Sheet metal domain and Mechanical items design like Parts (Solid Parts Weldments) SubAssemblies Assembly Drafting BOMs (Assembly Part Indent).
2. Execute design to engineering standards as per IS standards (knowledge of GD&T Fits is required).
3. Able to operate MS Excels PowerPoint Word ERP
4. Knowledge of using mechanical Electrical & electronic components like Gearmotor sensors switches PLCs pneumatics hydraulics etc.
5. Thorough Knowledge in basic and advance machine designing mechanisms components machines supporting structures advance brought out parts and design for manufacture and assembly (DFMA) with basic engineering calculations.
6. Experience in all phases of new product development design prototype R&D work Reverse engineering design improvement design explanation documentation management and service support.
7. A mindset of an innovator and craftsman Creative and passionate about creating solutions.
