Job Description
Responsibilities
NoblisESI is seeking a Knowledge Management Manager with a background in Data Science Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to supportour client onsite in Chantilly VA.
JobResponsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy for the team to improve knowledge sharing retention and accessibility.
- Manage and configure SharePoint sites to ensure efficient document and information management.
- Develop custom scripts and applications using JavaScript to enhance and automate knowledge management processes.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote knowledge sharing and effective use of knowledge management tools.
- Monitor and analyze knowledge usage and trends toidentifyareas for improvement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and implement knowledge management solutions.
- Design andmaintaincentralized knowledge repositories ensuringaccurate uptodate and easily accessible content (e.g. documentation reports lessons learned best practices) for Program Office use.
- Stay current with trends technologies and best practices in systems engineering and knowledge management to ensure the teamremainson thecutting edgeof industry standards.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of processes to transfer knowledge from experienced team members to new hires ensuring continuity inexpertiseand reducing knowledge gaps.
- Promote and manage the use of knowledge management platforms (e.g. SharePoint) ensuring that tools are effectivelyutilizedand meet the needs of the team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in information management Computer Science or a related field. Alternatively demonstrate an additional 4 years of related experience per level if no bachelors degree is held.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a CounterIntelligence Polygraph
- Experience in knowledge management and tools such as SharePoint Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding of knowledge management principles and best practices.
- US Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors including but not limited to the combination of education certifications knowledge skills competencies and experience internal and external equity location clearance level as well as contractspecific affordability organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this positionis based on full time status. For part time or oncall staff compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important its just one component of Noblis total compensation package.
