Job Description
Your role
As a Junior Analyst you will be reporting to the Chief of Staff and play a key role in supporting fundraising efforts market research sales development and strategic operational and analytical initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership gaining handson experience in business operations stakeholder management and crossfunctional project . This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to highlevel decisionmaking and strategic initiatives while also providing handson experience in running a fastmoving company.
Your responsibilities
- Provide fundraising support by preparing briefing documents and reports for executives managing the CRM system and tracking fundraising tasks
- Provide strategic and analytical support through market research competitor analysis KPI tracking and preparing reports and presentations for decisionmaking
- Support projects and initiatives by assisting in crossfunctional project management tracking leadership action items and structuring strategic initiatives
- Provide operational and administrative assistance by coordinating steering committees and organizing companywide processes
- Support adhoc and special projects by addressing urgent business challenges preparing executive summaries and contributing to brainstorming and problemsolving sessions
Your profile
- Masters degree in Economics Business Administration Physics Mathematics Engineering Computer Science or a related field or comparable qualifications
- Ideally first work experience in management consulting or a Deep Tech Startup environment
- Project Management Skills ability to analyze complex problems track and set priorities follow through and distill information into actionable takeaways
- Experience in Data Analysis tools like Excel Data Presentation tools like PowerPoint Business tools like CRM (Hubspot) and Task Management tools like Jira / Confluence
- Strong Communication Skills Structured Thinking and High Attention to Detail
- Strong Stakeholder Management combined with Discretion & Trustworthiness
- True Startup mindset; handson driven resilient. As we are a young venture we all must wear different hats and contribute to different aspects of the business
- Excellent command of English is necessary and German is a big plus

Kipu Quantum is a German startup focused on quantum computing with offices in Karlsruhe and Berlin. We specialize in developing quantum algorithms tailored for specific applications and hardware. Our solutions help various industries including pharmaceuticals chemicals logistics and finance to tackle complex problems using existing quantum hardware. We aim to make practical quantum computing accessible by significantly reducing the time needed to achieve quantum advantage for realworld applications.
In December 2023 Kipu Quantum secured 10.5 million in seed funding led by HV Capital and DTCF (DeepTech & Climate Fonds) with participation from Entrada Ventures Quantonation and First Momentum Ventures. This funding will support the development of our hardwarespecific quantum algorithms and accelerate the commercialization of our quantum solutions.
