Job Responsibilities:
- Apply paints primers and finishes to repair and restore vehicles after collision damage.
- Ensure color matching and finish quality meet industry standards and customer expectations.
- Prepare surfaces for painting including sanding masking and cleaning.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Work closely with other technicians and management to ensure timely and quality repairs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a collision refinish technician or similar role in the automotive repair industry. 5 Years Experience; ASE/ iCar Certification preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of paint mixing sanding and finishing techniques.
- Ability to work with various automotive finishes and materials.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for highquality work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
