Are you a dynamic architectural design project manager seeking a rewarding opportunity to contribute to high profile construction projectsIn this multifaceted position you will play a pivotal role in transforming preliminary drawings into completed construction projects. As the central liaison between the company and their clients you will oversee project coordination ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of objectives. Additionally you will utilize your drawing and design expertise to contribute to the creation of detailed construction plans adhering to the highest standards of accuracy and completeness.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with inhouse engineers and drafters to translate preliminary drawings into comprehensive construction plans.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients fostering strong relationships and addressing inquiries or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Manage project timelines and budgets ensuring adherence to allocated hours and resource utilization.
Uphold the companys commitment to accuracy ease of construction and completeness in all construction sets.
Demonstrate a basic understanding of construction principles and building codes leveraging this knowledge to enhance project outcomes.
Engage in project management activities encompassing 60 of your responsibilities while dedicating 40 of your time to drafting tasks.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Engineering or related field with experience preferred.
- 4 years of proven experience in project management within the construction industry with a focus on residential or commercial projects.Proficiency in Revit design softwareStrong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customercentric approach to client interactions.Familiarity with construction principles and building codes is advantageous.Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
