What you will do:
Supporting the Quality Operations of a Business Unit within the Discovery and Medical (D&M) OpCo.
Provide support for the Complaint Handling Program working with manufacturing sites regarding complaint investigations and providing feedback to customers on individual complaints
Provide data and information to Discovery Quality Director Business Unit Leaders Product Managers for quality objectives metrics reporting and operating mechanisms (i.e. Ops Reviews)
Support the NPD programs and ensure that they meet the rigorous requirements of the Cytiva Design and Development process.
Participating in Business Unit support activities and projects to ensure that Quality are involved and providing input into planning processes.
Who you are:
Bachelors degree in Engineering Medical Device Technology or Scientific Field (or High School diploma/GED)
Extensive professional experience and understanding of product development manufacturing and quality assurance in the medical equipment or pharmaceutical industry that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental quality principles and concepts.
Proven problem solving skills with the ability to demonstrate and utilise problem solving tools..
Effective report business correspondence and procedure writing skills.
Ability to lead crossfunctional teams in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing sustainable solutions to ensure continuous improvement in performance.
