Wereexcited to recruit aDecant & Resettlement Advisor to cover a period of maternity leave.
What youll be doing
Youll deliver an outstanding customer focused decants service working with other departments and contractors for those customers who need to be decanted on either a temporary or permanent basis ensuringall decant cases are accurately and comprehensively recorded.
Youll take ownership of the decant process developing strong cross team working both in the organisation and with key stakeholders through active collaboration and communication. Youll assess customers housing needs ensuring customers are placed in the most suitable accommodation whilst also achieving value for money.
More about you. What can you bring
Youll have an NVQ Level 2 in either Business Administration or Customer Care or be qualified by experience. Youll have experience of working in a busy customer service environment and experience of managing a decant process. Youll have experience of managing and letting properties within private or public sector housing. Ideally youll have knowledge of Microsoft Planner Keystone Asset Management systems Servicing module (KSI) and MRI.
A clear DBSand full driving licence is required for this role.
When and where youll be doing it
You will enjoy a 37 hour working week and earn an annual salary of up to37500 dependent upon your knowledge skills and experience.
