Job Description
Job Title: Commissioning Engineer
Location: San Francisco CA
Join our growing Commissioning Team and take on exciting highly sustainable projects! Your role as a Commissioning Engineer will be joining our Commissioning Team in the Bay Area and leading commissioning projects through plan review specifications functional performance tests audits and evaluations for new building and retro commissioning projects. Working alongside our other Commissioning Engineers youll report to the Commissioning Team Leader and take on a wide range of project types from schools and civic buildings to medical and life sciences. Typical projects will range from small tenant improvements to new campuses with the majority of the work being within Northern California and Hawaii.
You have:
- BSME or equivalent experience
- 35 years commissioning controls or facilities engineering experience
- Project management experience
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to understand controls sequence of operations
- Ability to work well under the direction of the senior commissioning authority
You may have:
- PE License (or interest in obtaining)
- LEED accreditation (or interest in obtaining)
- Experience with high performance design on a variety of project types including but not limited to education commercial office residential laboratories and healthcare projects.
