Supporting RPA Analyst in analyzing processes preparing process documentation and supporting other team members with their tasks
Participating in the assessment meetings
Documenting business processes to the granular level of detail and accepted criteria required for a RPA automation program
Being able to select the right tool for process automation in case of limited experience/ knowledge being able to identify relevant resources to support the decision making process
Cooperating with developers / analysts to collect and document solution requirements
Delivering regular status updates to the RPA Analyst
Cooperating with other analysts managers external experts and RPA Manager
Other tasks based on needs and individual agreements (e.g. ensure intranet is uptodate)
Our requirements
Interest in new technologies IT solutions and modern digital workplace
Up to 3 years of general experience up to 1 year of experience in RPA would be nice to have
Bachelors/Masters education (Business Studies preferred)
Experience with process documentation (nice to have)
Strong communication skills and willingness to understand business needs
Proactive approach combined with a cando attitude
Take end to end ownership and look for best solutions
Knowledge of Excel and Power Point
Basic knowledge of Business Process Mapping tool BPA tools MS Power Automate MS Power Apps
Very good knowledge of English (min. B2 level)
