Job Description

My client is a reputable AVrated firm based in Newport Beach. They represent international and closely held businesses in the areas of mergers and acquisitions real estate transactions compliance counseling and all facets of litigation. I am seeking a Sr Corporate Attorney to manage mergers & acquisitions and real estate transactions. This role offers a shortened partnership track.

Candidate Parameters:

  • 10 years experience in all facets of corporate law particularly M&A and real estate transactions
  • LLM in Taxation preferred but not required
  • Member of the California Bar in Good Standing
