  1. JOB PURPOSE

The Maintenance Executive (Level B1 is responsible for ensuring the highquality maintenance and efficient operation of electrical systems with a strong focus on costeffectiveness and service reliability. The role supports the Maintenance Manager in achieving optimal serviceability of Landside Electrical Systems on a 24/7 basis while ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations.

Key Objectives:

  • a) Perform economical and effective electrical maintenance to ensure reliability and longevity of equipment.
  • b) Assist the Maintenance Manager in maintaining desired serviceability levels for all Landside Electrical Systems.
  • c) Ensure adherence to all safety protocols while conducting maintenance activities.
  • d) Manage documentation including estimations measurements and progress tracking.
  • e) Supervise outsourced agencies to ensure quality of electrical maintenance work.
  • f) Handle inventory management using the Landside Electrical Database & SAP.
  • g) Oversee the electrical distribution and systems across PTB ancillary buildings automatic doors and security screening equipment.
  • Ensure continuous serviceability of all electrical installations to enhance passenger comfort and operational efficiency.

  1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Major Activities

1. Effective Maintenance Planning &

  1. Oversee all types of maintenance in LV distributions UPS DCPS battery systems and control panels.
  2. Supervise and manage a large team in highstress work environments to ensure smooth operations.
  3. Plan and execute preventive & corrective maintenance of automatic sliding doors addressing major breakdowns and modifications.
  4. Diagnoses and troubleshoot electrical system failures to minimize downtime.
  5. Responsible for the maintenance of Inline XRay machines conventional XRay machines and DFMD systems.
  6. Coordinate with other departments to obtain necessary work permits for executing maintenance activities.
  7. Manage shift operations and store inventory efficiently.
  8. Plan and schedule routine maintenance for optimal asset performance.
  9. Conduct thermography analysis RCD tests power quality assessments energy monitoring energy meter calibration and prepare serviceability reports & MIS.

2. Shift Control Monitoring and Training

  1. Monitor and manage all shift activities ensuring that only authorized personnel are on duty.
  2. Ensure proper preventive maintenance (PM) and complaint resolution via SAP & Helpdesk systems.
  3. Analyze MIS complaint summaries to drive effective asset management.
  4. Validate all maintenance records and ensure accurate documentation.
  5. Train and mentor staff in technical regulations codes maintenance techniques and equipment usage.
  6. Track and manage PM activities ensuring proper recordkeeping and followup on corrective maintenance.
  7. Provide recommendations for system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  8. Monitor spare part availability and generate monthly reports on consumption and inventory status.

3. Support for Expansion & Special Projects

  1. Manage additional maintenance requirements due to new electrical installations including: Express Cargo Terminal Bravo Building PCA & GPU power supplies Energy meter monitoring system Feeder monitoring systems Automatic Lighting control IBM Maximo Asset Management System
  2. Provide support for Terminal 2 MMTH & CUP building projects including:
    Site inspections SOP development Installation testing commissioning and system takeover
  3. Inspect and monitor onsite equipment tests and precommissioning trials to ensure a seamless transition.
  4. Coordinate with Project Teams EPC Contractors and Design Teams to support Defect Liability Period (DLP) activities and system improvements.
  5. Track and manage the removal installation and clearance of projectrelated materials and equipment.

Daily handling Outsourced Team of workers like Supervisors Technician and helpers who are involved in corrective & preventive maintenance.

BE 4yrs of experience or Diploma 10 years of experience in relevant field
