The Maintenance Executive (Level B1 is responsible for ensuring the highquality maintenance and efficient operation of electrical systems with a strong focus on costeffectiveness and service reliability. The role supports the Maintenance Manager in achieving optimal serviceability of Landside Electrical Systems on a 24/7 basis while ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations.

Major Activities
1. Effective Maintenance Planning &
2. Shift Control Monitoring and Training
3. Support for Expansion & Special Projects
(Financial or Nonfinancial parameters which are directly impacted/controlled by the role or indirectly influences/contributes to in a measurable way)
Financial(Eg: Budgets project costs capex etc.
NonFinancial(Eg: No. of direct/ indirect reports headcount in projects no. of clients handled etc.
Daily handling Outsourced Team of workers like Supervisors Technician and helpers who are involved in corrective & preventive maintenance.

BE in electrical and electronics or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engr

Description
Electrical Systems
Strong knowledge of LV distribution systems UPS DCPS and battery maintenance.
Lighting Systems
Expertise in indoor & outdoor lighting installation maintenance and troubleshooting.
Automated Systems
Handson experience with automatic sliding doors and other control systems.
Security & Screening Systems
Working knowledge of ATRS & security systems including XRay machines DFMDs and Mobile Elevated Access Equipment.
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
An abilityto conduct preventive maintenance diagnose faults and perform corrective actions on electrical and control systems.
Software & Reporting Tools
Proficiency in SAP MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and MS Access for maintenance tracking reporting and inventory management.
