The Confluence Hotel is currently seeking experienced and customerfocused Restaurant Servers to join our team. As a Restaurant Server you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. With The Confluence Hotels commitment to excellence we are looking for individuals who can deliver professional and attentive service showcase indepth knowledge of our menu offerings and ensure guest satisfaction. Your ability to anticipate guests needs handle inquiries and maintain a positive and friendly demeanor will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent table service to customers
- Take accurate orders and make food and beverage recommendations
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Clear and reset tables for the next customers
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Use upselling techniques to increase sales
- Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth dining experience for customers
- Handle cash and make accurate change
