FedEx lider mondial n servicii de curierat caut un Specialist cu experien n domeniul Sntii Siguranei i Mediului (SSM) pentru a se altura echipei noastre dinamice din Romnia.
Responsabiliti:
- Implementarea i monitorizarea sistemului de management SSM n conformitate cu legislaia naional romneasc i standardele internaionale FedEx.
- Identificarea i evaluarea riscurilor de accidentare i mbolnvire profesional specifice operaiunilor FedEx din Romnia.
- Elaborarea i implementarea msurilor de prevenire i protecie adaptate la specificul locurilor de munc din Romnia.
- Investigarea accidentelor de munc i a incidentelor periculoase colabornd cu autoritile romne competente.
- Reprezentarea companiei n relaia cu autoritile de control n domeniul SSM din Romnia (ITM etc..
- Dezvoltarea i susinerea programelor de instruire SSM pentru angajaii din Romnia.
- Monitorizarea respectrii legislaiei de mediu din Romnia i implementarea msurilor de protecie a mediului.
Cerine:
- Experien relevant ntro poziie similar de preferat n Romnia.
- Cunotine aprofundate ale legislaiei romneti n domeniul SSM.
- Atestate specifice pentru reprezentarea companiei n relaia cu autoritile de control din Romnia.
- Abiliti excelente de comunicare.
- Cunoaterea limbii engleze (scris i vorbit).
- Capacitate de analiz i sintez.
- Iniiativ i proactivitate.
- Cunotine de legislaie de mediu din Romnia constituie un avantaj.

FedEx a global leader in courier services is looking for an experienced Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist to join our dynamic team in Romania.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor the HSE management system in accordance with Romanian legislation and FedEx international standards.
- Identify and assess occupational injury and illness risks specific to FedEx operations in Romania.
- Develop and implement prevention and protection measures adapted to the specifics of workplaces in Romania.
- Investigate workplace accidents and dangerous incidents collaborating with the competent Romanian authorities.
- Represent the company in relations with the HSE control authorities in Romania (ITM etc..
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees in Romania.
- Monitor compliance with Romanian environmental legislation and implement environmental protection measures.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a similar position preferably in Romania.
- Indepth knowledge of Romanian legislation in the field of HSE.
- Specific certifications for representing the company in relations with the Romanian control authorities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English language proficiency (written and spoken).
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Initiative and proactiveness.
- Knowledge of environmental legislation in Romania constitutes an advantage.
