BC Builder Developer Seeking Experienced Site Superintendent Multifamily Developments
Location: Kelowna BC
Salary: $110000 $130000 PerformanceBased Bonus

Role Overview
Reporting to the Project Manager the Site Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all onsite construction activities ensuring projects are delivered on schedule within budget and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a handson leader who can effectively coordinate teams trades suppliers and subcontractors while maintaining a strong focus on safety efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan coordinate and manage construction projects to ensure timely and costeffective completion.
- Supervise and direct employees subcontractors suppliers and vendors onsite.
- Maintain a detailed daily log of site activities progress and challenges.
- Conduct and lead weekly site meetings to monitor project schedules and deliverables.
- Ensure materials and workmanship meet quality standards and design specifications.
- Work closely with engineers designers and inspectors to ensure project compliance.
- Order materials and manage site inventory as needed.
- Schedule and oversee all contractor meetings and site coordination efforts.
- Conduct safety orientations and toolbox talks in collaboration with the Safety Manager.
- Perform daily site walkthroughs for quality control and documentation.
- Identify and resolve potential site issues proactively working closely with the Project Manager and senior management.
- Ensure all occupancy requirements inspections and certifications are completed.
Additional responsibilities may arise based on project needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Site Superintendent in residential or commercial construction.
- Strong background in woodframe multifamily developments mixeduse and townhouse projects.
- Deep understanding of construction documents blueprints and local building codes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Procore and SiteDocs.
- Valid BC Class 5 Drivers License with a clean driving record.
- Current First Aid certification.
- Red Seal Certification and Telehandler ticket are assets.
