Your Responsibilities
Handle calls emails and chats in French with professionalism and care.
Act as a brand ambassador staying informed about promotions and current offers.
Address account and billing issues upsell services troubleshoot and manage fraudulent orders and returnsalways following provided guidelines.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers offering empathetic and professional service.
Record customer interactions in the CRM system including shipping instructions.
Monitor and follow up on cases to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Qualifications
Fluent French speaker (C1/C2 with good command of English (B2.
You must possess the legal documents required to work in the target country (EU passport or valid work visa for Greece).
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
Basic IT skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to shiftbased work schedules.
Prior customer service experience is a plus!
