Position Overview
McCormick & Co.s Global Marketing team is looking for a motivated selfdriven Email Marketing Manager who will support the development rollout and of email and CRM marketing strategies. The candidate will thrive in a fastpaced marketing and digitalfocused environment. The position reports to the Director Global Digital Experiences and is part of a digital structure that supports Global creative production and digital experiences for McCormicks consumer brands and industrial businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategy and performance of consumer/customer engagement for email marketing program including acquisition activation and retention.
Develop and execute CRM and email marketing roadmap segmentation and content planning across consumer industrial businesses and ecommerce/directtoconsumer (DTC).
Manage distribution of all email sends against a planned editorial calendar and learning agenda that includes A/B testing of content layout and design
Responsible for managing CRM data insights and executing actionable plans that drive direct to business objectives
Support the roll out and evolution of CRM email engagement and personalization technology including analyzing customer/consumer paths and providing trigger communications strategies
Support the development of a digital measurement framework and track performance against CRM KPIs
Integrate CRM strategies into existing marketing and digital workflows
