About the Role: Are you passionate about landscaping and project management As a Junior Project Manager youll play a crucial role in coordinating and executing projects to perfection. Youll work closely with different teams ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This is your chance to shine and make a real impact!
What Youll Do:
- Dive into project plans and specifications
- Prepare and review job folders with essential documentation
- Attend and contribute to weekly scheduling meetings
- Stay on top of projects using company software
- Communicate daily with onsite crews
- Coordinate and manage orders and deliveries
- Handle change orders
- Generate permits and ensure inspections run smoothly
- Keep an eye on budgets and timelines
- Maintain and order materials inventory
- Act as the goto contact for subcontractor safety
- Assign daily tasks to laborers
What Were Looking For:
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple jobs at once
- Excellent communication with diverse team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
- Exceptional attention to detail
Your Background:
- Indepth knowledge of the landscaping industry with minimum three years experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
- Class 3 Drivers License is a big plus!
Your Daily Adventure:
- Prepare comprehensive job folders
- Coordinate job start dates with the Senior Project Manager
- Perform weekly inventory checks
- Communicate with customers about product selections
- Field emails from the admin team and assist with retail pricing
