As the Team Manager for our Client Team youll be responsible for leading a group of talented engineers focused on developing and evolving the Lime CRM web client. Your role will be a blend of technical guidance strategic direction and people leadership ensuring both the team and the product thrive.

What Youll Do
- Lead & Inspire Guide and grow a team of web developers ensuring a high level of motivation engagement and performance.
- Stay HandsOn While your focus is leadership youll remain close to the technology contributing to architectural decisions and supporting the team in problemsolving.
- Drive Technical Excellence Help the team navigate technical challenges ensuring best practices in code quality performance and maintainability.
- Collaborate Across Teams Work with designers product managers and other engineering teams to align development efforts with business goals.
- Foster a Culture of Learning Encourage knowledge sharing mentoring and continuous improvement within the team.
