The Program Manager position will oversee the Community Fairbanks Behavioral Health Mobile Crisis Response Team. The Program Manager will lead and support their team as they engage with individuals and families to improve their health and wellness live self-directive lives and strive to reach their full potential. The Program Manager provides coordination and oversight of the Mobile Crisis Response Team. This position focuses on program operations and supervises non-clinical caregivers. This position ensures alignment with the network philosophy of care compliance standards and financial expectations. The Program Manager provides an atmosphere that promotes an exceptional caregiver and patient experience.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
Applicants for this position should demonstrate a strong commitment to compassionate high-quality service.
Associates degree in related behavioral health designated programs or a combination of experience and education is required.
1 (one) year of relevant leadership experience in a mental health field is required.
3 (three) or more years of relevant clinical experience in the mental health/behavioral health field is required.
Current Indiana Drivers License with valid vehicle insurance is required.
