SJ Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead software programs for a federal customer. As an awardwinning WOSBcertified small business SJ Technologies specializes in IT consulting providing innovative solutions and outstanding service. - Position Title: Senior Project Manager
- Location: Remote with onsite reporting as needed
- Schedule: Fulltime
- Clearance: Top Secret (TS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & : Develop and manage detailed project plans timelines and deliverables.
- Team Leadership: Lead crossfunctional teams ensuring effective collaboration and performance. Stakeholder Management: Communicate project progress risks and issues to senior executives and clients.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential roadblocks ensuring project continuity.
- Agile & Scrum Implementation: Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize project workflows.
- Budget & Resource Management: Allocate project resources effectively and manage financials.
- Issue Resolution: Address challenges and ensure contract compliance with federal requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science Business Administration or a related field.
10 years of industry experience
57 years in project management roles
Top Secret (TS) clearance is required
Technical & Leadership Skills:

Technical & Leadership Skills:
- Expertise in Agile Scrum and project management tools
- Strong leadership stakeholder management and problemsolving abilities
- Proven ability to lead largescale software development projects
Preferred:
- Masters degree in a relevant field
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification
