SKILLS ABILITIES
Education: Associates degree in computer science or related field preferred; substantial career experience can be substituted for a degree.
Experience: Minimum of three 3 years current related experience required.
Computer Skills
Ability to define and analyze business requirements and functional systems design.
Ability to learn and configure administrative information systems.
Ability to train end users in the use of administrative information systems.
Experience working with relational database management systems preferred working knowledge of SQL as well as the ability to modify and troubleshoot SQL statements.
Ability to develop specialized reports.
Proficiency in the use of common office productivity tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Google) Excel experience preferred.
Software development experience preferred.
Certificates Licenses

Prior work experience in a higher education setting preferred.
