PartTime Social Worker LongTerm Care Marthas Vineyard

Windemere Nursing and Rehab Center a small and welcoming LongTerm Care facility on Marthas Vineyard is seeking a PartTime Social Worker to join our team. This 20hourperweek role offers flexible scheduling including the option for two 10hour days.
Position Highlights:
- Flexible Schedule: 20 hours per week with the option of two 10hour days.
- Permanent or Interim Options: Open to a permanent hire or a 34 month contract assignment.
- Housing Assistance: Some housing support may be available if needed.
- Meaningful Work: Support residents and families in a closeknit communityfocused facility.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Social Worker (LSW/LCSW/LICSW) in Massachusetts.
- Experience in LongTerm Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
- Strong communication and advocacy skills to support residents wellbeing.
