Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in Computer Science and Mathematics . Other responsibilities include curriculum development and assessment University committee service student advising and maintaining a high level of professional activity. Preference will be given to those candidates who strive to be master teachers who are committed to the mentoring of students who have a welldeveloped research agenda and grant funds in addition to a strong desire for securing additional external funding. A 1215hour teaching load (four/five courses) is expected each semester. Release time will be according to secured external grant funding. Additional duties may include serving as Program Coordinator of Computer Science which will also account for a one course release. Availability to students during regularly scheduled office ten hours per week is also expected. Additionally other responsibilities/duties may be added at the discretion of the Chair Dean or Provost. Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Computer Science required. Masters Degree Candidates will not be considered.
