Make your mark on Jewish student life by joining Towson University Hillel as the IACT Coordinator. IACT Campus Program IACT (Inspired Active Committed Transformed) is an initiative that builds on the success of TaglitBirthright Israel by providing support and inspiration to students before and after their trip.
The IACT Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting students to participate in Birthright Israel trips each Winter and Summer and recruiting for other Israel immersion programs such as Onward Israel and Masa. The IACT Coordinator will work with students prior to their departure and upon their return from their Israel experiences developing oneonone relationships to engage students in Jewish life on campus helping them to find ways to be involved as leaders and participants Jewish and Israel programming and groups. The IACT Coordinator will be excited to engage students in Israel and Jewish conversations and will have a passion for utilizing Jewish identity and connection to Israel as a framework for shaping meaning value and purpose in the lives of emerging adults with the hope that students obtain an enduring connection to Israel.
The IACT Engagement Coordinator will possess contagious Jewish passion entrepreneurial energy strong leadership and networking skills. They along with the rest of the Hillel staff will innovate grow and experiment with models of Jewish experience community prayer and service that will influence the future of American Judaism.
