Dynamic Earth Solutions (DES) specializes in site planning spatial information and digital terrain modeling surface and subsurface investigations rock mechanics underground structures geotechnical laboratory services flood forecasting and water resource management through our geotechnical hydrotechnical and civil site development expertise.
Looking to take the next step in your career Hatch is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Roads Engineer to join our Infrastructure group as part of the Highways and Bridges Team in Brisbane.

Our knowledge of infrastructure includes aviation highways and bridges planning and advisory services ports rail and transit tunnels and water. Want to be part of the creation and construction of our cities Then the infrastructure team is for you!
As the successful candidate you will:
- Lead small to medium sizedroadsprojects on behalf of theHighways and Bridges Team
- Provide technical direction for theHighways and Bridges teaminroad designcivil engineering earthworksanddrainage
- Have experience design managing TMR roads projects from planning through to detailed design
- Be client facing and represent Hatch and our values
- Assist in the development of proposals for roads projects
- Assist in the coordinate resources within multidiscipline teamson large projects
You bring to the role:
- A degree in civil engineering from a recognised tertiary institution
- RPEQ accredited
- 715years of experience in a similar role
- A commitment to health and safety on civil projects
- Design experience inroads and civil engineering for TMR
- Prior experience within the industrial and mining sectors would be highly regarded.
