Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements opportunities for community development academic and personal growth for students in residence.
- Coordinates all levels of staff training and development and encourages professional development opportunities.
- Coordinates staff recruitment selection and evaluation processes.
- Supervises matters related to human resources for represented student employees including staff disciplinary action and termination.
- Oversees the FacultyInResidence program neighborhood hall councils and residential curriculum.
Required Skills
Masters degree required with eight years of experience
