Job Description
P1C3TSTSRole Description: We are seeking a BMC TrueSight Orchestration Administrator with 35 years of experience in implementing and managing BMC TrueSight Orchestration solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the endtoend implementation administration and automation of workflows within the TrueSight Orchestration environment. This role requires strong organizational skills customer service orientation and technical expertise to ensure smooth operations and effective automation strategies. Job Responsibilities: Implement configure and administer BMC TrueSight Orchestration to support automation and workflow management. Design develop and maintain orchestration workflows to automate IT and business processes. Monitor and optimize system performance ensuring high availability and reliability of orchestration solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to TrueSight Orchestration workflows integrations and configurations. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify automation opportunities and define workflows to improve efficiency. Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and end users regarding TrueSight Orchestration functionalities. Maintain documentation for workflows configurations and system updates. Follow ITIL best practices for incident problem and change management. Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into orchestration solutions. Stay updated on BMC TrueSight Orchestration advancements and industry best practices to enhance automation capabilities. Primary Skills (Must Have): 35 years of experience in BMC TrueSight Orchestration administration and implementation. Strong experience in defining designing and implementing workflows and automation using BMC TrueSight Orchestration. Expertise in endtoend orchestration implementation including configuration maintenance and troubleshooting. Ability to prioritize tasks manage workflows efficiently and ensure followthrough on assigned projects. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills. Flex Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with APIs and integration between TrueSight Orchestration and other IT systems. Familiarity with Linux and Windows Server administration. Knowledge of scripting languages (Python Shell scripting PowerShell) for automation.
