Job Title: Line Cook
Reports To: Executive Chef
Blanca is a 12 seat tasting menu counter hidden behind Robertas pizzeria in Bushwick.
The restaurant has been closed since 2020 and is reopening in January 2024 with Victoria Blamey as the Executive Chef. We are looking for experienced professionals that want to become an integral part of a small team and actively contribute to the restaurants success. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience at a Michelin recognised establishment.
Service is guest facing so applicants must be comfortable interacting with guests respectfully and professionally. In addition to a strong culinary foundation the applicant must have: full time availability a strong work ethic and a deeply ingrained sense of urgency & attention to detail. The ideal candidates will have strong qualities for a leadership role and be able to develop a strong sense of camaraderie within the small team.
