We are seeking a Studio Principal with a positive collaborative work style who will lead a team of architects planners and designers to develop and grow our client relationships for our Healthcare Studio in Newport Beach.

A position youll love:
- Youll be a leader in our Newport Beach office leading the Healthcare Studio as the Studio Principal and part of our firm wide Corporate Leadership team.
- Youll be directly involved with our clients and their goals from the start.
- Youll work with the Office President and our Healthcare Practice Leader to create a longterm strategic plan to grow the Studio and client mix.
- Youll assume leadership of our existing body of work with strong clients and a team of talented architects working on clinical projects.
- Youll have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility for your Studio.
- Youll have the backing of a large expanded services firm with great inhouse resources.
Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications:
- Registered Architect.
- 10 years of experience in the healthcare architecture & design industry.
- Deep healthcare experience (HCAI) in the Southern California area.
- Experience as an account or client manager including financial management.
- You have managed a team of people.
***Anticipated salary range for this position: $150000 $190000; based on experience level.
