Job Title:ServiceNow Architect
Location:Remote EST
Job Type:Contract (Potential to Hire)
Rate: $80/hr $110/hour DOE
Duration: 12 months with extension
About the Role:We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong background in ITSM HAM and SAM to join our cleints team on a longterm contract basis with potential to be brought on full time.
As the ServiceNow Architect you will be responsible for the design configuration and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to align solutions with business goals acting as the head of all platform customizations and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ServiceNow Implementations: Oversee the endtoend architecture configuration and customization of ServiceNow solutions particularly in the areas of ITSM HAM & SAM.
- Platform Customization: Drive the development of custom workflows applications and integrations that align with business requirements.
- Best Practices: Ensure that all platform configurations adhere to ServiceNow best practices governance and security standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers business analysts and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Mentorship: Provide leadership and guidance to developers and other technical staff on platform customization and development.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform with a strong focus on ITSM & ITOM.
- Certifications: ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or any ITOMrelated certifications are highly desirable.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in ServiceNow configuration and customization including JavaScript REST/SOAP APIs and automation workflows.
- Have previously worked in a federal client would be a strong plus
