About the Role:
CrowdStrike is looking for aSpecialist Billingwith a strongO2C Billingbackground to join our growing and dynamic organization.This position will report to theBilling Lead.The candidate will be required tointeract withcross functionalteams.The candidate is also expected tosupport teamin the monthly and quarterly close.We seekastrong team playerwho iswilling to go extra mileandthrive ina fastpacedenvironment.This role will be a key part of the successful growth of theBillingteamlocated in our office in Pune India.
What Youll Do:
Ensures accurate and timely processing ofSales orders&invoices
Address and solveclient questionsand issuesrelated to invoicing
Following company guidelinesbilling procedurestoensure compliance
Resolving any errors or discrepancies with customer billing or billing reports
Managesmonthly closingof financial records and posting of month end information
Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports
Prepares MonthlySOX Controls
Assisting major initiatives andprocess improvementprojects
Manages process documentation
Ad hoc projects as deemed necessary
What Youll Need:
Commerce graduate / MBA Financemastersdegree preferred)
57Years of Experience inPSBillingand Sales Order review Invoice Processing
Good knowledge ofSales order validation Invoicing queries
Credit memo processing returns and rebillsandinvoice portal uploads
Sound Accounting knowledge and understanding
Good Knowledge ofcustomer portalsetup
High degree of attention to detail
Good knowledge of MS Office
Understanding of ERP.NetSuiteandSFDCexperiencearepreferred
Excellent communication skills areamust with a good command over written and spoken Englishand aselfstarter andateam player
Experience with a Shared Resource Centre will be a big plusExperience working with crossfunctional teams and other stakeholders
