What you will need:
- 2 years of experience as a Level 2 Pump Mechanic with demonstrated proficiency in all Level 2 skills and requirements or equivalent pump mechanic experience.
- Complete knowledge in rebuilding servicing and maintaining various types of pumps with a minimum of 5 years experience.
- Extensive knowledge of the INFOR system with the ability to create work orders order parts and document inspection results and findings accurately.
- Skilled in disassembling inspecting and evaluating centrifugal pumps using micrometers and dial indicators.
- Ability to inspect troubleshoot and rebuild pumps in the plant or other outlying areas of the facility.
- Pass preplacement drug/ alcohol screen physical and functional capacity evaluation.
What will set you apart:
- Prior welding fabrication experience.
- Capable of independently working on various productionrelated machinery without supervision.
- Ability to keep accurate and organized records as it relates to pump and machinery rebuilds and inspections.
- Able to direct and train Pump Mechanics in level 1 and 2.
- Trainable in safety and product safety and job duties.
