Responsibilities:
Perform employee reviews and write detailed reports
Perform rounds of patrol to supervise security personnel
Speak to security personnel to ensure they know andadhere to our core values
Check timekeeping software to ensure all officers are on duty
Perform roving patrol rounds at client sites
Foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
Secure all exits doors and windows after the end of operations.
Provide assistance to people in need.
Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
Skills:
Customer service
Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
Familiarity with detailed report writing
Excellent surveillance and observation skills
Techsavvy with experience in electronic report writing.
Registered as a security officer on DPS or possesses a valid Commissioned License.
Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone.
