Job Description
1.Heading IT Infrastructure implementation within the various divisions: Enterprise Network Passive Network Server & Data Center Collaboration & A.V. ELV along with Surveillance & security Solutions.
2.Designing solutions for the clients (Corporate & Government) in close coordination with Sales PreSales and purchase team.
3.Explaining project requirements to the downline team leads and supervising lead who will supervise various Project Engineers and Project Executives.
4.Overseeing daily project implementation activities related to the department
5.Managing cordial relations with senior representatives of OEMs and vendors
6.Draft technical instructions engineering plans technical designs and other systems integration related documents in coordination with documentation team
7.Interface with various departments such as Purchase HR Sales Accounts and Presales
8.Developing complete project SOPs MIS and reporting structures and designing processes
9.Design build synthesize and implement technical processes that are customized to meet an organizations needs.
10.Guiding and training multiple leads of various implementation teams of Network (Active) Passive IT Data Centre Surveillance BAMS AV Collaboration etc.
11. Handle complete team reporting reviewing their performance every month approving the team requests for travel stationery and other various requirements.
12. Maintain coordinal relations with the Technical Heads and System Integrators at clients side at multiple locations
