Position: FullTime Personal Injury Attorney
Experience Required: 25 years
Practice Area: Personal Injury Mass Torts and Consumer Class Action
Job Description:
We are actively seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team. As an experienced attorney specializing in Personal Injury you will play a pivotal role in advocating for our clients rights and seeking justice for their injuries.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Research and Writing: Conduct comprehensive legal research and skillfully craft written documents to support our clients cases.
Litigation Expertise: Collaborate with our team throughout all stages of litigation including drafting pleadings assisting with discovery and preparing for trial.
Motion Practice: Utilize your expertise in drafting and responding to discovery motions motions for summary judgment and demurrers/motions to dismiss in both California and Federal Courts.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 25 years of experience in the field of Personal Injury law.
- Proven track record of success in handling Personal Injury cases.
- Indepth knowledge of California and Federal Court procedures.
- Exceptional research and writing skills.
- Selfmotivated and capable of working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
- A passion for advocating on behalf of clients to secure justice and fair compensation for their injuries.
Work Arrangement:
This is a fulltime position and we may offer hybrid work arrangements based on your ability to adapt to the firms workload.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary ranging from $140000 to $200000 per annum.
