Job Overview: The Project Management (PM) Specialist is responsible for establishing managing and continuously improving the organizations Project Management. This role ensures effective governance standardization and of projects aligned with strategic objectives. The PM Specialist provides leadership mentorship and oversight of projects working as a team with business analysts fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (Behaviors):
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall Agile) PMO setup and industry best practices (PMI Agile ITIL).
- Knowledge of business processes functions and strategic objectives.
- Knowledge of risk identification assessment mitigation and change management principles.
- Knowledge in using project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira).
- Skills in organization and planning with attention to detail.
