Job Description
The Contract Administrator is a vital member of the accounting team tasked with collaborating with clients to resolve billing discrepancies and establishing customer subscriptions and pricing within NetSuite. This role involves analyzing and interpreting operational data to identify the necessity for procedural updates and improvements. Additionally the Contract Administrator contributes to the design and of targeted systems aimed at enhancing revenue and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
This job requires a Bachelors degree (B.A. or equivalent in education and related experience.
Additional qualifications and requirements:
High proficiency with Excel spreadsheet functionality.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problemsolving environment.
Fundamental accounting software skills and demonstrated skills in A/R.
The position requires the ability to interact positively and constructively with employees consultants and customers.
System experience: knowledge of billing systems for frontend and backend functions and willingness to learn new systems applications and programs.
Ability to produce and present detailed billing reports.
Reviews customer contracts and validates pricing to assess discounts and to ensure client is invoiced accordingly.
