Job Description
Job Title: NetSuite Consultant
Location: 2 days onsite in McLean VA
Position Type: 3 month contract
Role Overview: As a NetSuite Consultant you will be instrumental in leading and optimizing the implementation of our NetSuite system. Your expertise will guide us in configuring customizing and integrating NetSuite to enhance our business processes and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- NetSuite Implementation: Lead the deployment of NetSuite solutions ensuring they are tailored to meet industryspecific requirements business processes and regulatory standards.
- System Integrations: Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and thirdparty systems such as CRM procurement payroll and financial reporting tools to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- System Recommendations & Audits: Analyze current software use and provide strategic recommendations for improvement and optimization.
- Process Optimization: Conduct gap analysis on current and future business processes leveraging NetSuite capabilities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements provide training and ensure NetSuite solutions align with business objectives.
- Automation: Identify opportunities to eliminate or reduce manual processes using NetSuite capabilities and design data and workflow scenarios.
- SuiteScript Design: Develop SuiteScripts to automate business processes as necessary.
- Data Migration: Advise on data migration strategies to ensure a smooth transition with minimal disruption to operations maintaining comparability to prior periods.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure NetSuite configurations adhere to industry regulations and develop customized reporting solutions.
Additional Duties:
- Deliver NetSuite optimizations that improve user experience and increase ROI.
- Document system configurations processes and create training materials for end users.
- Conduct user training sessions to maximize system utilization.
- Provide ongoing postimplementation support and system optimization.
- Develop customized reporting and dashboards using NetSuites tools.
Key Skills & Expertise:
- Proven experience in NetSuite ERP Implementation & Configuration
- Proficiency in SuiteScript SuiteFlow and SuiteBuilder
- Experience with NetSuite Integrations (e.g. Salesforce Coupa Expensify)
- Strong knowledge of Financial Management (AR AP GL multicurrency etc.
- Expertise in Business Process Optimization
- Excellent skills in Enduser Training & Documentation
- Experience in Data Migration & System Audits
- Strong Project Management & Leadership skills
- Working knowledge of GAAP accounting
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems Business Accounting or a related field
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
