About the Role
The Supply Contract Administrator is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle for the Supply organization (from grape to bottle). This includes onboarding new suppliers drafting reviewing and finalizing contracts and ensuring that contract documentation records (and the relevant systems) are managed to the highest standard all in accordance with company policies legal requirements and regulatory standards. In addition the Contract Administrator will maintain a positive relationship with all internal and external stakeholders and may be expected to participate in negotiation conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for endtoend management of the contract lifecycle across all Supply contracts agreements and other legal documents.
- Draft review and obtain appropriate approval for all Supply agreements in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with both internal and external legal counsel when required to address complex or unusual contract issues.
- Maintain and manage contract records and documentation in a systematic and organized manner using the appropriate TWE systems.
- Ensure contracted volumes and data are accurate within the TWE systems and perform audits periodically to confirm.
- Facilitate communication between parties to ensure smooth contract .
- Work collaboratively with the finance and ProcuretoPay teams to ensure that payments are sent to suppliers and received from suppliers accurately and on time.
- Prepare and present reports on contract status compliance and performance to management.
- Maintain accurate records of all contractrelated activities including amendments and renewals.
- Address and resolve contractrelated disputes and issues promptly.
- Onboard new suppliers according to contractual agreements and internal risk reviews
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractrelated inquiries and issues.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with growers lessors vendors clients and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that all contracts adhere to company policies industry standards and legal regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of contracts suppliers and related processes to identify and mitigate risks.
About you
- You have a bachelors or associate degree or 35 years experience in contract administration/supplier management
- Prior legal experience preferred
- You have bestinclass written and oral communication across all internal and external stakeholders
- You have advanced proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools; previous experience in Contract Lifecycle Management tools and ERP systems (JDE SAP etc) a plus
- You have demonstrated ability to build collaborative positive relationships with both internal and external partners
- You have demonstrated ability to proactively manage conflicting priorities of a large dynamic organization

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $72000 to $82000 per year and other benefits. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous jobrelated factors including but not limited to candidate qualifications skills experience education location and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our Napa location.If the incumbent works out of another location the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
