Overview

We are searching for a Vice President Transit/Rail Client Leader for our Boston MassachusettsOffice.

Recently Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI) the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger more efficient and costeffective team to serve clients. LiRoHill is a 1100person firm with offices in NYC Long Island Buffalo Rochester Boston and Metro Park NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client relations for surface transportationclients with emphasis on transit and rail
  • Lead major pursuits and programs as Project Manager or Project Director
  • Develop comprehensive project plans defining scope objectives and deliverables. Create timelines budgets and resource allocation strategies
  • Lead motivate and manage project teams ensuring they work cohesively and efficiently
  • Ability to support multiple transportation clients in the Boston area
  • Provide direction and support to team members
  • Build strong relationships as a client manager
  • Establish client pursuit captive plans and lead positioning and pursuitefforts
  • Attract and retain talent to build a vibrant transitand rail practice in the New England area

Qualifications

  • 15 years experience in the Engineering/Construction field with a focus on major rail projects
  • BS in Engineering or equivalent as well as a MassachusettsPE License required
  • Ability to grow business in a variety of disciplines with emphasis in transit
  • Experienced in setting industry standards driving innovation developing team capabilities and ensuring highquality project delivery
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
