We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Operations Manager to oversee our marketing & sales operations to drive market shares order intake and margin goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
Your Responsibilities:
Direct and oversee Hitachi Energys internal processes for assessing the market competitive landscape strategic plans and target setting.
Effectively execute internal processes across all geographic locations and business units.
Define and optimize existing internal processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
Implement continuous process improvements based on lessons learned.
Provide insights by understanding market trends and competitive situations.
Coordinate with various stakeholders (BUs Regions Industry network leaders strategy and product development teams) for market sizing and order intake potential assessment.
Support ad hoc requests from executive and management teams.
Establish sales standards and manage budgetary controls.
Achieve business results through multifunctional collaboration.
Manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
Coach and review the work of business analysts and other team members.

Your Background:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required; a Masters degree is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Marketing and Sales or Business Development.
Proven track record of working crossfunctionally.
Proficiency in Excel Anaplan PowerPoint SharePoint Sales BI and Power BI.
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
Strong English language skills both written and spoken.
Good knowledge of marketing and sales processes including market analysis competitive landscape and budgeting processes.
Understanding of supplydemand balancing.
Experience in process improvement and/or project management.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work independently and as an effective team member.
Excellent planning and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple activities under time pressure.
Passion for learning new things and solving problems in unconventional ways.
Strong attention to detail and understanding of business operations.
Intercultural sensitivity and effectiveness with the ability to network and collaborate across businesses and geographies.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
