Job Description
The Little Gym of Draper is hiring Birthday Party and Event Instructors! We are looking for exceptional instructors to lead childrens birthday parties summer and winter camps and special events throughout the season. Our goal is to deliver to our customers a fantastic and Serious Fun The Little Gym Experience! We are seeking an energetic and athletic individual with a sincere love of children and fitness. This is a very active position involving creativity high energy and love of children and people!
Responsibilities include leading childrens birthday parties and summer/winter camps customer service and sales. Successful Birthday Party and Event Instructors will have the opportunity to grow within The Little Gym and could promote to teaching classes and/or future management positions within our gym.
Qualified Candidates will have:
Sincere love of children
Background in fitness (athletics sports dance cheer gymnastics martial arts exercise science kinesiology or related field) minimum of 1 year experience
Experience working with children (examples include sports coach camp counselor preschool teacher daycare lifeguard or similar experience)
Relate well to children parents team members and have superior communication skills
High energy and hustle
Friendly positive attitude
Strong work ethic
Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) Availability is required
Friday Evening 13 per month) Availability is required
Clean background check.
