Job Description
Job Duties:
- The attorney will manage multiple cases handle regulatory and compliance matters and act as the primary contact for litigation and client counseling.
- Manage and litigate cases related to managed care and health care issues
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients offering legal advice and coordinating caserelated activities.
- Oversee regulatory and compliance matters ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct detailed legal research and prepare legal documents including pleadings motions and briefs.
- Develop and implement effective litigation strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
- Represent clients in court arbitration proceedings and settlement negotiations.
- Provide significant case management and client counseling coordinating with associates and staff.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and changes in managed care and health care regulations.
Qualifications:
- Firm Type: Litigation or Healthcare Experience: 35 Years
- The successful candidate will have 23 years of experience in complex matters and employment litigation and arbitration with a focus on managed care or health care.
- This role requires excellent academic credentials strong writing research analytical and verbal communication skills.
- Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing of the New Jersey State Bar.23 years of law firm or relevant inhouse experience in complex litigation and arbitration
- Experience with managed care or health care is required.
- Proven ability to handle multiple cases and manage regulatory or compliance matters
- Strong client counseling and case management skills
- Exceptional academic credentials
- Advanced writing research analytical and verbal communication skills
