A propos du poste
Nous recherchons au sein du dpartement Retail de PVH South West Hub (France Belgique Espagne) un.e Retail and Operations Coordinator!
Vous serez charg.e deffectuer linterface entre le sige de PVH bas Paris et notre rseau de boutiques Tommy Hilfiger et Calvin Klein Full Price & Outlet en France et en Belgique. Vous participerez la dfinition des priorits en matire danimations commerciales avec pour objectif le dveloppement de lexprience digitale en boutique travers des formations et des outils de communication.
Vos principales missions seront :
Assurer une communication fluide et rapide des informations provenant des magasins des quipes merchandising ainsi que des animateurs rgionaux auprs des quipes du sige.
Coordination des Projets Retail & Operations
Gestion des systmes dinformation rseau (FuturaOutookCompteursClientsDetaxe)
Gestion RH/Loss Prevention/Procdures
Apporter un soutien oprationnel dans la gestion des procdures et des outils retail digitaux (logiciels informatique reportings).
Collobarer avec le sige europe bas Amsterdam afin de dployer la stratgie retail EMEA au sein du hub.
Il sagit dun poste pourvoir en CDI bas Paris.

Vous serez rattach.e au VP Retail et travaillerez en troite collaboration avec les diffrentes quipes des siges de Paris et dAmsterdam.

Profil recherch
Titulaire dun Bac 5 ou dun diplme quivalent vous justifiez dune exprience similaire dau moins 3 ans idalement au sein dune entreprise internationale.
Nous recherchons des personnalits dotes dun excellent relationnel dun sens de la communication dun got du challenge et dune culture du rsultat.
Savoir anticiper tre ractif.ve et tre force de proposition sont des comptences cls pour ce poste.
Vous disposez dune excellente maitrise du pack office et tes laise avec les outils digitaux.
Votre niveau danglais est courant tant loral qu lcrit car vous lutiliserez au quotidien dans le cadre de votre fonction.
Et le plus important soyez vousmmes & Think Big!

About the position
We are looking for a Retail and Operations Coordinator within the PVH South West Hub Retail department (France Belgium Spain)!
You will be responsible for serving as the liaison between the PVH headquarters based in Paris and our network of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein Full Price & Outlet stores in France and Belgium. You will contribute to defining priorities for commercial activities with the goal of developing the instore digital experience through training and communication tools.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Ensuring smooth and quick communication of information from the stores merchandising teams and regional coordinators to the head office teams.
Coordinating Retail & Operations Projects.
Managing network information systems (FuturaOutlookCustomer CountersTax Refund)
Managing HR/Loss Prevention/Procedures.
Providing operational support in the management of procedures and digital retail tools (software IT reporting).
Collaborating with the European headquarters in Amsterdam to deploy the EMEA retail strategy within the hub.
This is a fulltime permanent position based in Paris.
About the team
You will report to the VP of Retail and work closely with the various teams at the headquarters in Paris and Amsterdam. For us team spirit is essential and we are convinced that working in a positive atmosphere contributes to performance!
About You
Holding a Masters degree (Bac 5 or an equivalent qualification you have at least 3 years of similar experience ideally within an international company.
We are looking for individuals with excellent interpersonal skills strong communication abilities a taste for challenge and a resultsoriented mindset.
The ability to anticipate be proactive and offer solutions are key skills for this role.
You have an excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite and are comfortable with digital tools.
Your English level is fluent both spoken and written as you will use it daily in your role.
