Job Description
Details on job description/responsibilities
- Maintaining servicing repairing and technical support of all products
- Encompassed by the business ZEISS and other products as required from time to time
- Preparation and submission of job cards timely
- Preparation and estimation of costs of work required
- Provision of technical support to sales personnel for exhibitions/demos and clients visits
- Visiting clients countrywide and international
- Offering and supporting the sale of Product Support Agreements (PSA)
- Liaison with the companys internal staff
- Providing continuous feedback to management
- Train customers
- Maintaining existing customer data base
- Mentoring and internal training of Trainees / new engineers
Job Requirements
Education
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
Experience/Special Knowledge/ Personal Attributes
5 years minimum experience in the field of Electron Microscopy or
equivalent field
Special knowledge of PCs electronic troubleshooting
software and customer interaction Must be a team player can work
unsupervised can work under pressure.
Preference for someone in the field of microscopy with 10 years
experience
