POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is for highly organized and customercentric individuals who have a passion for delivering outstanding results. Previous handyman experience is required. This is a great opportunity to develop alongside a fast growing company.
House Doctors is a professional handyman and home improvement service company specializing in both large and small jobs in the Westford / Chelmsford / Carlisle area. We are looking for energetic and friendly people who enjoy working on various home improvement and maintenance projects such as repairs flooring drywall carpentry painting etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Problem solve on the job finding solutions to get the job done exceptionally
- Completing handyman and home improvement projects such as repairs flooring drywall carpentry painting etc. outdoors and indoors
- Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
- Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service
- Representing House Doctors in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- STRONG problem solving skills required
- 5 years of handyman / handywoman experience: carpentry home repair home renovation painting drywall flooring DIY projects
- Hands on with a knowledge of the principles techniques equipment and supplies used in the handyman industry
- Ability to learn and operate basic computer programs and systems (will be using a CRM and tablet/phone)
- Friendly personality and committed to great customer service
- Trustworthy with a strong work ethic and highly dependable
- Able to perform physical labor work including bending lifting 50 lbs) and handling tools
- Valid drivers license
