We are looking for a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse interested in providing home care for pediatric clients. Our client is a 4yo female with a SCI and quadriplegia that lives in Sandy Utah. Available shifts are Monday Friday 8am 5pm.
We are looking for an RN or LPN who is interested in the following:
- Medication set up and oversight
- Working with verbal and other developmental skills
- General early childhood care
- Vent and trachcare
- Spinal cord injury care

- Provide thoughtful care to clientsbased on personalized Plan of Care
- Provide in home assessments
- Monitor and track changes in the clientsconditions and needs and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed
- Proactively updates clientsfamily on plan of care health changes and concerns
- Must have at least 1 year Pediatric experience
- Must have experience with vents and trachs
- Current unrestricted RN or LPN license in Utah
- Certified CPR and ACLS Certification
- Negative TB skin test or chest xray
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
- Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
- Must be able to stand walk squat bend kneel reach twist push and pull. Must be able to lift 50 pounds
