Job Overview
We are looking for a Technical Lead with 912 years of experience in .NET Core SQL Server and React/Angular (MongoDB experience is a plus). This role requires a balance between leadership and handson development. The ideal candidate will lead multiple projects mentor team members and collaborate with stakeholders while actively contributing to the codebase.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Solution Architecture:
- Architect design and implement scalable solutions using .NET Core and related technologies.
- Make critical technical decisions to ensure the robustness performance and scalability of applications.
- Project Oversight:
- Lead technical efforts across multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- HandsOn Development:
- Remain actively involved in coding debugging and performance optimization.
- Build reusable testable and efficient modules for backend and frontend systems.
FrontEnd and BackEnd Development
- Backend Development:
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET Core.
- Design and manage relational databases optimizing queries and stored procedures in SQL Server.
- Frontend Development:
- Implement responsive user interfaces with React or Angular.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the design vision is executed effectively.
- Database Management:
- Lead database architecture and design for high performance using SQL Server.
- (Preferred) Work with MongoDB for NoSQL solutions when required.
Team Management & Mentorship
- Mentor and Guide:
- Provide technical mentorship to team members fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Review code and provide constructive feedback to maintain highquality standards.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with product managers QA teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project .

Qualifications
Educational Background
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Professional Experience

- 912 years of experience in software development with a focus on leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in .NET Core SQL Server and React/Angular.
Technical Skills
- Backend Development:
