Job Description
Job Summary:
Delray Buick GMC is seeking a motivated and customeroriented Service BDC Representative to join our team in Delray Beach Florida. As a Service BDC Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients regarding their vehicle maintenance and repair needs. This is a fulltime hourly position within the auto industry and is perfect for a selfmotivated individual looking for a customer service role.

Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from customers regarding their vehicle service needs
Schedule service appointments confirm appointments and follow up with customers
Communicate with customers to obtain necessary information for service appointments
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
Utilize customer service skills to retain and enhance customer relationships
Develop and maintain knowledge of our products services and promotions to accurately answer customer inquiries
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and service histories
Collaborate with service department staff to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed customer service goals and standards
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service experience in the automotive industry preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problemsolving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Must pass a preemployment background check and drug test
